Incorporating Your Business – What Does it Really Take?

If you’ve started to look into incorporating your business online you might find the options and information completely overwhelming. We did over a decade ago when we were attempting to incorporate one of our first businesses in Florida.
There were only a couple of websites offering incorporation back then and still – we were completely overwhelmed with information presented in a way that just led to confusion – not to us being able to complete the process online in an easy and confident manner.
Fast forward to 2009. We’ve had our own incorporation sites running now for over 10 years. We’ve helped over 10,000 new businesses incorporate successfully in an easier and more direct way. Our websites are built to facilitate two things:
1. Helping you find information about types of incorporation you might choose.
2. Helping you incorporate with the proper forms.
There are really only a couple of decisions you’ll need to make about incorporation.
1. What type of corporation is best for my new business?
2. Which company do I trust to help me form my corporation professionally and with the least amount of trouble?
See, the process isn’t as confusing as you thought! These two questions are the essence of what every new business owner goes through before incorporating.
We hope you choose our company to incorporate with because we’ve put a lot of time and effort into creating a business that is customer-focused and gets the job done.
We realize it’s hard to ask you to trust us because you found us about 5 minutes ago through Google.
Here’s a little bit of background info about us >
On the right is a video about our business >
If you already know which type of incorporation you need for your business then here are the forms to incorporate online:
If you don’t quite know yet which type is right for your business please have a look around some more and write or call us if you have any questions we can help with.

4 Common Misconceptions about Search Engine Optimization

Here are some common things people think they know about SEO – but that aren’t really the right way to go about things. We’ll be offering an SEO training course here soon – if you’re interested in learning a lot more, stop by again and see our course.
1. Ranking in Google’s Top 5 is the “Goal”.
It’s really easy to get ranked in the top 5 on keywords that are very precise and not competed highly for in Google results. Getting ranked for “Sally’s purple jumping beans†is really not that great a feat. It’s easy. Getting your site ranked first for “buy windows 7″ is awesome and is the goal. The goal for you as you pay someone to do SEO for you is to rank highly on keywords that bring great traffic ready to act to your business website. Be cautious about what your SEO expert is telling you. Watch out for that meaningless promise, “Your site will rank in the top 10 of Google!†Ensure your keywords are the ones you need to make more sales or gather more quality leads.
2. SEO means configuring my meta tags, links, and text so I have a my keyword in them.
A long time ago this was almost all SEO meant. Now it’s matured quite a bit and SEO is dynamic and changing often. There is on-site and off-site SEO. Both are VERY important. Off-site SEO has to do with links pointing in to your site from quality websites. On-site SEO, while important, has been made less so with recent changes.
3. “My friend can do my SEO…â€
Unless your friend has a LOT of real-world experience he/she is not going to get you much. SEO is an area of expertise that few have really gotten down to a high degree. It’s a specialty field that has few specialists – even now. Don’t let someone “give it a try”, you’ve got to either do it yourself or pay someone to do it if you want to have anything positive come out of it at all. There’s a reason SEO experts charge what they do – they can!
4. White Hat SEO is the only way to go.
White Hat seo is using techniques that are Google friendly and won’t get you any penalties. In one sense, that’s the only way to go… but, there’s another level of SEO that you as a consumer should be aware of.
Now there is the Clear Hat SEO initiative and it’s all about being more open with the consumer who is paying for the SEO services. Basically it’s about being more transparent with consumers so they can verify what is being done to their site. Usually SEO’s work in a secret fashion – they do what they do and it’s all a big secret until they either fail or are successful. Clear Hat SEO is the next level and you should insist on it.
We will be offering some SEO courses here for you to take and learn a lot about the topic before you spend a lot of money on your business. The course will include information about Clear Hat SEO and there will be discounts if you join our newsletter first – so, join now!
Using FireFox 3.5 Browser as Your Business Productivity Cockpit

This article talks about increasing your productivity using your browser as the center of your business productivity online.
It’s strange but my browser has become my most important piece of software on my computer (besides the operating system!).
I switched to FireFox browser after using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer for about 6 years. Before IE I was using Netscape – where did they ever go?
For the last few years in business I’ve been very happily using FireFox browser. Recently they upgraded to 3.5 version and it’s phenomenal. Best browser on the market by far (I’ve used 5 different ones.)
What makes FireFox my browser of choice for my business and personally is that there is a vast library of plugins that add functionality to my browser. In essence, it turns my browser into a whole suit of programs – almost everything I need, in order to get through my business day.
Here is a little bit about some of the plugins I use in my browser. I recommend all of these for you as you start out in your new business. These plugins are all free – and there are thousands available… nearly all are free. Installation is as simple as going to the “add-ons” link and searching for more based on topic. They download and install immediately. FireFox has become my “productivity cockpit” and I hope after reading this you’ll give it a shot and see if it’s right for you too. I’ll bet you LOVE it and can’t do without it in a week of using it.
FireFox Plugins. These are free mini-programs that run inside the FireFox browser and give you added functionality.
These are some essential FireFox plugins to get up to speed with:
- ScribeFire – Helps you create your blog posts by adding functions you can’t do easily in WordPress or at Blogger.com. Very easy to use. I create all my articles in ScribeFire – offline and then publish simply.
- FoxClocks - Hover your cursor over it and see instantly the times across the globe. You choose which time zones to keep track of.
- Colorzilla - an eyedropper you hold over any color to find out what the 6 character hexadecimal code for it is in HTML. It also gives you Red Green Blue values.
- SpeedDial- When you open a new tab in FireFox you can now see a table of screenshots – each linking to a page you visit often. Highly configurable – many options.
- FireFTP - in browser FTP program. Powerful. Accurate. Fast. I couldn’t live without it.
- FireShot – takes a screenshot of the page with one click. Can save in multiple formats, and crop and edit before doing so. The cool thing is this program grabs the entire web page you’re on - not like your Windows print page. It’s as if you scrolled down and grabbed the entire page – no matter how long.
